Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.Your Role:We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to build, own, and optimize our marketing systems and processes with HubSpot Marketing Hub and our own proprietary AI-native CDP at the center of our demand engine. This role is responsible for turning strategy into scalable, data-driven execution across the full lead lifecycle.You will serve as the system owner for HubSpot Marketing Hub, and other integrated tools, designing the architecture, governance, and operating model that Marketing, Sales, and RevOps rely on every day. You will translate business requirements into AI-native workflows, automation, and data structures that enable predictable pipeline generation and clear performance insights.Responsibilities:Own day-to-day administration and long-term roadmap for all marketing systems and tools, centered on HubSpot's Marketing Hub and our own proprietary AI-native customer data platformDesign and maintain lifecycle stages, lead and account scoring models, and routing rules that align with our go-to-market strategyBuild, optimize, and document AI-driven workflows for lead capture, enrichment, nurture, handoff to Sales, and post-sales engagementManage the infrastructure for emails, landing pages, forms, and subscriptions, ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and deliverabilityDefine and enforce data standards, perform regular data quality audits, and partner with RevOps and IT on integrationsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting for funnel health, campaign performance, and attribution, enabling data-driven decisions across go-to-market teamsEvaluate, implement, and manage complementary martech tools and integrations that extend the value of HubSpotEnable and train stakeholders on best practices, processes, and usage of all marketing systems, tools and reportingJob Requirements:4+ years in Marketing Operations or related role within an Enterprise SaaS B2B environmentDeep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (admin-level configuration, workflows, and reporting) and a proven record of successfully implementing and operating new tools, systems and reporting more generallyStrong understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and funnel metrics in the context of managing a connected marketing tech stackAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into system, process and reporting improvementsClear communicator who can collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, and technical teams, and who documents processes thoroughlyPossesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and align with cross-functional teams across multiple regionsPhysical Requirements:Must be in the office at least 3x per week.Travel Requirements:1-2 in-person team meetings per quarter in one of our major regions: Americas, Japan or EMEA.Perks and Benefits (US):Comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Competitive compensation packagesCompany paid life insurance 3x salaryCompany paid short- and long-term disability coverageRetirement planning (401K) with 4% company matchRestricted Stock Units (RSU)Flexible Time Off (FTO)Up to 26 weeks paid parental leave including a post-partum night nurseComprehensive support and access to care for everyone, everywhere through Carrot - our global reproductive health and family-building benefit.Our Dedication to You:We value and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of our business and at all levels.
