Location: United States — Remote Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleStreamweb. is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This individual will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, risk management, and long term financial operations.The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to build a scalable financial infrastructure, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the organization is positioned for sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the company’s overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, internal controls, and financial operations.Partner with executive leadership on business strategy, growth initiatives, and capital allocation.Develop financial models and performance metrics to support data driven decision making.Identify and manage financial, operational, and regulatory risks.Support fundraising, financing, investor relations, and strategic partnership activities as needed.Establish scalable financial systems, policies, and processes as the organization grows.Build and lead a high performing finance function.Provide financial insight on new markets, products, investments, and business opportunities.Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, corporate strategy, or related leadership roles.Significant experience in a CFO, VP of Finance, Finance Director, or comparable senior financial leadership position.Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Experience supporting high-growth, startup, technology, fintech, SaaS, or similarly dynamic organizations is preferred.Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive decision making capabilities.Experience working with investors, boards, financing transactions, or capital strategy is a plus.Excellent communication and cross functional leadership skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a hands on financial leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational level.
