Control Engineer

Location: Casa Grande, AZ or Boone, IASalary: $110,000 - $140,000+ Base + Annual Bonus + Profit SharingTravel: 25%Relocation Assistance offered if neededVisa sponsorship is not offered at this point in timeI'm partnered with a well-established U.S. manufacturer that's continuing to invest heavily in automation and manufacturing technology across multiple facilities. They're looking to add experienced Controls Engineers to their corporate engineering team supporting either their Arizona or Iowa manufacturing site.This role is focused around building new automations and standards into the existing facilities, not just maintaining existing systems.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys project work over production support. Rather than being tied to a single production line, you'll work on automation upgrades, new installations, commissioning, standards development, and controls improvements across multiple facilities.What You'll Be Doing• Design, develop and commission new plant automation and control systems• Program and troubleshoot existing Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs• Develop and improve HMI/SCADA applications (AVEVA/Wonderware preferred)• Design control system architectures, panels and industrial networks• Integrate PLCs with SCADA, MES and SQL databasesWhat They're Looking For:• 6+ years of Controls & Automation Engineering experience• Strong Allen-Bradley ControlLogix programming experience• HMI/SCADA development experience (AVEVA/Wonderware highly preferred)• SQL and MES exposure is a plusWhat's Offered:• Annual performance bonus• Annual profit sharing• Relocation assistance• Excellent long-term career growth with a highly stable manufacturing organization• Opportunity to work on large-scale automation and capital projects instead of day-to-day production supportIf you'd like to learn more, feel free to message me directly or apply below
