Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative dishes and seasonal specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy service hours Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with attention to detail Serve dishes efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Experience working in fine dining environments or catering services is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations Previous kitchen experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
