Tools used include MasterCAM and Fusion 360.Position OverviewThe Extrusion Tooling Design Engineer will play a key role in designing and optimizing plastic extrusion tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion applications. This role offers the potential to advance into a department leadership position.Key Responsibilities Design and develop extrusion tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion applications Oversee tooling design, construction, modification, installation, and maintenance Support machinists and machine operators with setup and operation Adjust and fine-tune extrusion tooling to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and enhance production processesRequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusionMinimum 3 Years Of Experience With Extrusion ProcessingIn-depth knowledge of extrusion processes and troubleshootingStrong, stable work historyU.S. Citizen or Green Card holderReside within 45 minutes of the facility
