Our vision is to make human knowledge easily accessible and infinitely scalable by building tools for the new age knowledge economy.About the roleAs a Strategic Projects Lead, you will own the execution and delivery of high-impact AI data annotation and model improvement projects in healthcare and clinical domains. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered with high quality, speed, and reliability, while supporting account growth through strong execution and partnership.This role is execution-first, with growing exposure to customer strategy and commercial decision-making.What you'll doOwn a book of business, with accountability for revenue, margin, retention, and expansion.Lead end-to-end creation and delivery of advanced AI model training datasets.Own day-to-day customer relationships with foundation model companies, leading life sciences organizations, and research labs and act as a trusted execution partner.Coordinate distributed teams of clinical and life sciences experts.Maintain high quality standards through strong guidelines and QA processes.Support deal scoping, pricing, and expansions in partnership with senior leaders.Improve operational systems to increase speed, quality, and consistency.What you bring2-4 years owning outcomes in operations, consulting, strategy, or client-facing roles.Strong executor who enjoys owning complex projects end-to-end.Comfortable working with demanding, technical customers.Detail-oriented and quality-focused, especially in regulated environments.Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.Able to operate independently with accountability and urgency.Interested in developing commercial and leadership skills over time.Why Office HoursWork directly with frontier AI teams, build deep execution skills, and take on a large mandate with plenty of opportunities to drive impact.Real ownership: Run a meaningful (~$XXM) book of business.Frontier customers: Work directly with foundation model companies, life sciences technology leaders, and top research labs.High impact: Your work will impact care quality and clinical outcomes, and accelerate the development of novel drugs.Career acceleration: Build the skills to become a GM, Head of Ops, or leader of a major business line.Benefits + PerksCompetitive salary and equityMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k)Monthly wellness and fitness stipendPaid time off policy, along with company holidaysAnnual company off-sites (Tahoe, Mendocino, Mexico City, San Diego, Park City)Parent-friendly policies, remote flexibility, and paid family leaveJoin our team and help everyone realize the true power of what they know!Pay Transparency Notice:Full-time offers include salary, target equity, and benefitsBase: $90,000-$160,000 with aggressive performance-based bonusThis is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco office 3 days per week.
