Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead on large-scale, fully custom, $10M+ gut renovation projects throughout Manhattan. This individual will own the project lifecycle-preconstruction through closeout-while managing client expectations, design teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and field operations. Profile A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 8-15+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior PM in high-end residential construction Proven track record managing luxury gut renovations in Manhattan (apartments, townhomes, penthouses) Experience leading projects $5M-$10M+, preferably in custom, architect‑driven scopes Exceptional communication skills with an ability to interface with elite clients and A&D teams Strong understanding of sequencing, building systems, finishes, and premium materials Adept at reading drawings, coordinating details, and managing competing priorities Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor junior staff NYC DOB familiarity and experience navigating high‑rise logistics/heritage buildings High level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to quality Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $230,000 USD annually.
