Job Title: Quantexa Technical Consultant- Entity ResolutionLocation: Lake Mary, FLFTE & Contract BothRole Summary:We are seeking a Quantexa Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Entity Consolidation and Entity Resolution (ER) using the Quantexa platform. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing high-accuracy entity matching, survivorship, and relationship modeling solutions to create a golden source of entities across complex, heterogeneous data sets.This role focuses on data unification, customer/entity mastering, relationship modeling, and graph-based consolidation, supporting enterprise initiatives such as Customer 360, Legal Entity Hierarchies, Counterparty Aggregation, and Data Quality remediation.Key Responsibilities:1) Entity Consolidation & Resolution DesignDesign and implement Quantexa Entity Resolution (ER) frameworks to consolidate fragmented entity records across multiple source systemsDefine and configure matching strategies, including deterministic, probabilistic, and rules-based matchingDevelop and tune blocking, scoring, and threshold logic to optimize precision and recallDesign entity survivorship and attribute resolution rules to establish golden records2) Data Modeling & Relationship EngineeringModel entities, attributes, and relationships (e.g., person, organization, account, hierarchy, ownership, affiliations)Design and optimize graph structures to support connected entity views and lineage traceabilitySupport hierarchy construction (legal entity hierarchies, householding, corporate ownership structures)3) Data Engineering & Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain Spark-based ingestion and transformation pipelines for structured and semi-structured dataPerform data standardization, normalization, enrichment, and quality validation prior to ER processingOptimize pipeline performance for large-scale entity datasets4) Quantexa Platform ConfigurationConfigure and manageEntity schemas and data modelsER rules, weights, thresholds, and scoring logicMatching workflows and resolution pipelinesDevelop custom extensions or transformations using Scala/Java where requiredPerform ER tuning and remediation based on false match / missed match analysis5) Integration & DeploymentDeploy Quantexa ER pipelines in cloud (AWS/Azure) or on-prem environmentsIntegrate mastered entity outputs with downstream systems (MDM, reporting platforms, analytics tools, enterprise data lakes)Support UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation stabilization6) Stakeholder Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with data governance, architecture, and business stakeholdersParticipate in entity definition workshops, data discovery, and resolution design sessionsProvide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best-practice guidance on entity consolidationRequired Skills & ExperienceMust-Have:5+ years of experience in data engineering, MDM, or entity resolution implementationsHands-on experience with Quantexa Entity Resolution / Entity Consolidation moduleStrong understanding of:Deterministic vs probabilistic matchingFuzzy matching, scoring, thresholds, and confidence metricsSurvivorship and golden record creationStrong experience with Apache Spark and large-scale data processingProficiency in Scala or Java (SQL and Python exposure is a plus)Good to Have:Experience with Customer 360, Legal Entity Aggregation, or Risk Data Aggregation (BCBS 239) initiativesExperience integrating Quantexa ER outputs with MDM platforms or enterprise data lakesExposure to data quality, lineage, and governance frameworks
