This role is responsible for assisting providers, conducting patient triage and assessments, coordinating care, and ensuring high-quality patient interactions through telehealth services.The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.This is a fully remote position supporting adult patients ages 18+ and handling approximately 30-60 patient interactions per shift.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive telephone triage and patient assessmentsUtilize telehealth technology to evaluate patient needs and determine appropriate care pathwaysCoordinate patient care and communicate effectively with providers and patientsAddress post-consultation questions and medication-related concernsMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical records documentationIdentify and escalate patient safety or quality concernsDeliver empathetic patient education and supportDe-escalate difficult situations while maintaining professionalismSupport clinical operations and perform additional duties as assigned Required QualificationsActive RN LicensureActive Compact Nursing License with the ability to obtain licensure in all U.S. states and territoriesAssociate's Degree in Nursing or higherMinimum 2 years of nursing experience in:Primary CareUrgent CareEmergency Room settingsAt least 1 year of Primary Care experience requiredExperience with:Telephone triagePatient assessmentTelehealth nursingElectronic Medical Records (EMR)E-prescribing systems Preferred SkillsStrong critical thinking and clinical assessment abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a high-volume environmentStrong interpersonal and patient advocacy skillsCultural, ethical, and socioeconomic awareness in patient interactionsProficiency with:Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft Outlook Additional InformationAdult patient population only (18+)Schedules may change based on business needsCandidates may be required to support other service lines as neededEnglish proficiency required (read, write, speak) Registered Nurse I (Remote Telehealth RN)
