F&I District Sales/Training Manager

We are currently searching for a District Sales/Training Manager for our client based in Alabama. This is a remote position with overnight travel required.
Our client is a growing F&I Warranty Company based in Atlanta, GA. They provide forward thinking profit centers, world class training and innovative technologies to be a long-term strategic partner for all your F&I needs.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to fill a District Training/Sales Manager position in the Alabama area. This person will be responsible for training and developing finance managers and work with Dealership Management on recruitment. The ideal candidate must have 2 years' experience as a finance manager in the automotive retail business . The position would be to train and develop finance managers in the dealership. Candidate must reside in the Birmingham, AL area.

Requirements
A college degree or equivalent business experience
Willing and able to travel as needed and required (up to 80%)
Must have at least 4 consecutive years with a single employer.
2 years of experience in the Automotive Retail Business
Ability to work independently
Entrepreneurial spirt and the desire to help build a growing business
Compensation
$85,000-$120,000 annually
