A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting. Key Responsibilities Acquire and retain profitable property, casualty, and workers compensation accounts through sound underwriting principles Oversee a team of underwriters and associate underwriters to promote sales of various P&C products Ensure compliance with company policy while managing underwriting operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field Minimum six years of commercial, multi-line P&C marketing and underwriting experience At least two years of prior supervisory or team leadership experience Hands-on underwriting technical experience Excellent knowledge of the independent agency system
