Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of facilities in the Cleveland, OH area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Maintenance MechanicLocation: Cleveland, OHPay: $25-$29/hr.What's the Job?Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in commercial facilities Complete basic carpentry work and minor installations Repair drywall, including patching and finishing Install and repair floor tiles and related surfaces Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs Commercial properties (e.g., office buildings, retail spaces) What's Needed?Valid state driver’s license. Basic skills in carpentry, drywall, tile work, plumbing, and electrical 0–2 years of maintenance or related experience (commercial experience only) Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Willingness to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.
