We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Physician to join our well-established outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for older adults and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This is a full-time, locums position offering a predictable weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities. Position Highlights: Compensation: $140+ per hour based on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSetting: Outpatient (no inpatient responsibility)Care Model: Value-based carePatient Population: Primarily geriatric, expanding to Internal Medicine (18+)Patient Volume: Manageable census of 7-10 patients per daySpanish speaking requiredPotential Temp to Perm Requirements: MD or DOBoard Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or GeriatricsActive New York State medical license or eligibilityMedicare and Medicaid Provider ID requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
