Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant
SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting a full-time Family Medicine PA to be part of our multi-specialty clinic in Riverton, with plenty of staff to support functions of the clinic. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness.About the position:Schedule: 40 hours/week (typically M-F, 8 5, this can be flexible) Call: no call currently (Medicare guidelines followed) Average patients per day: 20+_ when fully ramped upTypical procedures: Per provider s comfort levelSupport staff: 1 CMA/LPN/RN per providerPractitioners: access to 3 PCPs, 1 GS, 1 OB, 1 PT ENT, 1 PT IM, 1 PT GS Qualifications:Completion of an accredited PA programAbility to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authorityExperience preferred, but will consider new grads Our Notable Highlights: Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical servicesMammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR)Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.)Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women s healthChest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac careRecognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown InstituteCommitted to community benefit significant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment Package may include:Base salary around $110K (DOE) + wRVU production incentive$3K CME allowanceXX Sign-on bonus20+ days PTO$10K+ relocation allowanceStudent loan repayment assistanceHealth benefits401(k) retirement planMedical malpractice insurance/tail coverageAbout Lander/Riverton:Nestled between mountain ranges in Fremont County, Lander and Riverton, WY offer breathtaking views, a close-knit community, and no state income tax.
