Job Title: Engraving Operator Location: Pasadena, TX Pay: $23–$25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Type: Full-Time | On-Site Overview Join a well-established and growing manufacturing company known for precision, quality, and long-term stability. What You’ll Do Operate and set up engraving and laser etching equipment for marking metal parts Align materials, verify part counts, and ensure engraving accuracy Adjust laser power, font width, and font height based on engineering drawings Upload and convert PDF/JPG files into the laser system interface Perform visual quality checks to ensure markings meet specifications Support both standard production runs and expedited jobs Maintain engraving equipment and assist with routine upkeep Keep an organized, clean, and safe work area Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding job status and quality issues What We’re Looking For Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail Quality-focused and comfortable performing precision work Able to work in a manufacturing environment and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 6 months to 2 years of related experience in manufacturing, engraving, laser, CNC, or quality-focused roles Blueprint or drawing interpretation preferred Photoshop or similar software experience preferred Quality control, inspection, or graphics experience a plus Physical & Work Environment Standing, sitting, and walking throughout the shift Frequent use of hands, arms, and close visual focus Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Moderate noise manufacturing environment If you want, I can next create:
