Principal Actuary - P&C

Position: Principal Actuary - P&C Location: Remote Salary: $250,000-350,000 + Bonus Actuarial Summary: We are seekingan experienced consultant to join its Property & Casualty Actuarial Consulting Practice as a Principal. Reporting to the Global Strategy Development Leader and Region Leader, the role focuses on business development and executing growth strategies for targeted expansion. The Principal will manage client engagements with self-insured corporations, captives, (re)insurers, and regulators, while also mentoring junior staff and advancing the practice's technical and professional goals. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications: Develop and execute a regional business development plan focusing on large account pursuits. Supervise collaboration among senior managers and Principals on business development initiatives. Drive business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations. ACAS/FCAS credentials or equivalent with 10+ years of Property & Casualty consulting experience. Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage actuarial projects across loss reserving, pricing, and modeling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
