ServiceTitan Specialist (Home Services)BxB Media | A BDR CompanyLocation: Remote Pay: $26.00 to $31.17 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional overtimeWe are hiring a ServiceTitan Specialist to support HVAC and home service companies across the country. This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked inside ServiceTitan and understands how to build, troubleshoot, and improve systems that directly impact business performance.If you have experience creating workflows, running reports, managing memberships, or supporting dispatch and accounting functions inside ServiceTitan, this role allows you to apply that knowledge across multiple businesses while working fully remote.This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience using ServiceTitan in a home service environment.What You'll Do:Work directly inside ServiceTitan to build and improve workflows, reports, dashboards, and system configurationsTroubleshoot issues and guide clients through solutions via email and virtual meetingsSupport accounting processes such as batching, job costing, and reportingSet up and manage memberships, recurring services, and automated billingCreate estimates, proposals, and customized system setups based on client needsTrain clients on ServiceTitan features, best practices, and workflowsDocument processes and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with internal teams and ServiceTitan support to resolve open itemsDeliver client-facing reports and performance updatesWhat You Bring:Hands-on experience using ServiceTitan is requiredBackground in HVAC, plumbing, or home servicesExperience with workflows, reporting, memberships, dispatch, or accounting functionsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityComfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetingsExperience with CRM or marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is a plusWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, and vision coverage401k with employer matchPaid time off and paid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program and life insurance optionsFully remote work environmentOpportunity to work with a collaborative, growth-focused teamAbout BxB Media:We partner with HVAC and home service companies to help them grow through marketing, technology, and operational support.
