A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts audits on Patient Financial Services team members for accuracy and compliance
Develops error tracking systems and creates reports to monitor QA standards
Collaborates with leadership to develop performance improvement plans for staff
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in commercial or government billing processes
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
Strong understanding of Patient Financial Services and billing requirements
2-4 years of experience in auditing and quality assurance in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in relevant software systems and Microsoft Office Suite
