B2B video is mostly forgettable. Safe cuts, stock music, talking heads. We're building something different — and we need a Lead Editor who's bothered by mediocre work.Sweet Fish Media is a B2B video production company in Orlando, FL producing brand films, A.I. video ads, thought leadership content, commercial spots, testimonials, social series, and more for some of the most interesting companies in their respective categories. We've built a workflow and a standard of excellence that doesn't bend, and that holds whether you're in a studio or in your home office. The bar is high, the accountability is real, and the work doesn't wait on anyone. You're responsible for your own setup, and that setup matters. Our pipeline runs on multi-cam timelines, color-critical review, layered audio, and large project files moving fast across the team. You need a machine that keeps pace with the work — calibrated display, reliable monitoring, fast local storage, and the bandwidth to handle Frame.io reviews and live sessions without dropping out. If your rig can't carry the workflow, the workflow can't carry you. You'll be working alongside Producers, a Director of Production, on-set production teams, and the freelance editor bench you help lead — collaborating over Slack, Frame.io, and live screen-share sessions throughout the week.
