The position requires an emotionally intelligent attorney with adaptability to constantly changing client needs.We are seeking an attorney with some litigation experience to expand our transactional firm. Candidates will also need to add transactional law to their skillset.Applicants should already have developed abilities to gather information, assess options, and create complex strategies to resolve legal and practical concerns of clients. The right candidates must also have the natural ability to improvise and problem-solve by quickly creating innovative solutions.
