If you thrive on variety, constant learning, and getting things done, you'll fit here.What you'll do:Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online across dozens of client tenantsExecute project work: migrations, hardware refreshes, security hardening, design, and installationHandle escalations from L1, L2, and L3 techniciansMaintain network and server infrastructure — firewalls, switches, backups, RMM-monitored endpointsDocument cleanly in our documentation platform so the helpdesk can act on what you've builtOwn your assigned accounts end-to-endWhat we're looking for:3+ years as a sysadmin, IT administrator, or senior helpdesk technicianSolid command of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and general networkingStrong Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administrationClear communication with non-technical customersMature judgment and the discipline to finish what you startComfort with a genuinely fast pace and shifting prioritiesValid driver's license and ability to pass a background checkNice to have:MSP experienceSQL and database administrationExposure to our stack: Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, SonicWall, IT GlueRelevant certifications (Microsoft, Network+, Security+, or similar)Compensation and benefits:$70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experienceHealth insurancePaid time off401(k) with 100% employer matchNo on-call rotation, no after-hours workLeadership that backs you up, values your work, and treats customers and team with respectComputer Village is an equal opportunity employer.J-18808-Ljbffr
