Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.We are seeking a Business Application Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage internal information systems projects from initiation through deliveryOversee software implementations, upgrades, and related enterprise application projectsCoordinate work between IT teams, internal customers, and business stakeholdersDefine project requirements and conduct feasibility, needs, and impact assessmentsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategiesManage implementation activities, including testing, documentation, training, and deploymentTrack project progress, manage risks, and oversee change control processesEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget constraintsCommunicate project updates, timelines, and issues to stakeholders and leadershipSupport multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and scopeCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution and adoptionSkills And QualificationsStrong project management experience within Information Systems or IT environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing enterprise business application projectsExperience with Salesforce (SFDC) preferredExperience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms preferredExperience managing GxP-regulated projects preferredStrong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with implementation planning, testing, documentation, and training coordinationStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with IT and business teamsExperience with change management and project tracking methodologiesWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
