Hotel Room InspectorThe Hotel Room Inspector is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while also providing courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
ResponsibilitiesInspect room for cleanliness
Check for damaged linens
Report lost and found articles and maintenance problems to a supervisor
Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests
Record room status on work assignment sheets
Strip all beds and change linens in checked-out rooms, vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards
Knowledgeable on Marriott Brand Standards or willing to learn
Inspect rooms cleaned by housekeeping staff for cleanliness
Report any inconsistencies to team members to correct
Assist in quarterly inventory
Assist Executive Housekeeper with other daily duties. This includes but is not limited to; creating housekeeping boards, ordering inventory, and conducting stand-up
Other duties as assigned
QualificationsPrevious housekeeping experience preferred
Attention to detail
Professional appearance (uniform will be provided)
Previous customer service experience
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays
