Morning Crew Members Needed We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Crew Member to join our dynamic team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience. Duties - Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, adhering to our high-quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to requests, and addressing any concerns or issues. - Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance customer experiences and increase sales. - Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations. Experience - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen or customer-facing role. - Familiarity with food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service standards. - Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - A strong commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow with our company. Skills - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to help others and work as part of a team.  Required qualifications: Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: 15 years or older
