Our environments are designed to evoke belonging, stillness, and elevated living, blending timeless European architecture with contemporary sustainability and innovation.From estate homes to resort architecture, every line drawn must reflect intention.The RoleThe Architectural Designer will collaborate with internal development leadership, consulting architects, engineers, and planners to shape the built language of Magnifica Residences and future resort environments.You will contribute to:Concept development and architectural visualizationSite planning and master plan refinementResidential and hospitality architectural detailingFaçade articulation and material studiesCoordination of design packages for permitting and constructionCollaboration with landscape, interiors, and wellness design teamsEnsuring architectural consistency across French Riviera, Italian Coastal, Spanish Mediterranean, British West Indies, and Contemporary typologiesThis role sits at the intersection of vision and execution, translating philosophy into physical form.What You BringTechnical Mastery4–8+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality architectureProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience producing permit-ready drawing setsKnowledge of Florida zoning, permitting, and construction standards preferredDesign IntelligenceDeep understanding of classical proportions and Mediterranean architectural languageSensitivity to materiality, light, and landscape integrationAbility to work across estate-scale residences (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)Familiarity with luxury detailing standards and client-facing presentationsCultural AlignmentA respect for legacy-driven developmentAn understanding that luxury today is emotional, not ostentatiousHunger to refine.
