We're Hiring: Human Resources & EHS ManagerWe are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee Human Resources and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) in our automotive metal-mechanical manufacturing plant.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end HR processes: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and engagementEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and corporate standardsDrive a strong safety culture, ensuring full EHS regulatory complianceLead audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with plant leadership to align HR & EHS strategies with business goalsManage and optimize Workday (HRIS), including reporting, data analysis, and system utilizationQualifications:8+ years of experience in HR & EHS within manufacturing (automotive preferred)Strong knowledge of labor and safety regulationsProven leadership and team management skillsExperience with Workday (HRIS & analytics) requiredBilingual English/Spanish preferredLocation: Columbus, Nebraska(Open to candidates based in Omaha, NE, Michigan & Ohio willing relocate)Join a team committed to safety, people development, and operational excellence.
