He is renown for driving great teams, training and empowering them and ensuring a safe place for them to work and thrive in.About The RoleThe organization is seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and maintain tooling systems that support metal fabrication plant processes.Key ResponsibilitiesTool Design & Development — Tool Fabrication & Implementation — Process Optimization — e. Maintenance & Troubleshooting — Cross Functional Collaboration — Qualifications NeededBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool & Die, OR related field (OR equivalent experience) 3-5 years of tooling engineering experience in metal fabrication Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) Strong understanding of sheet metal forming, stamping, machining, and welding processes Skilled in machining, grinding, fitting, and precision tooling assembly Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T Strong problem solving ability and collaborative mindset PreferredKnowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement Experience with ERP/MRP systems-SAP a plus Apply NowSend your resume immediately to mlecompte@rwr.com or call 713 358 7119 for a confidential conversation.They are ready to hire and offer relocation assistance
