Interior Project Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of project execution including project planning, scheduling, client communication, engineering coordination, production oversight, installation support, budgeting, and job cost management. The Project Manager will work closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, internal engineering teams, production managers, and field installers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.The ideal candidate will have experience successfully managing approximately $6M–$10M annually in commercial millwork or construction projects while handling multiple jobs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple commercial millwork projects simultaneously from kickoff through completionReview contracts, specifications, architectural drawings, and project scope requirementsCoordinate RFIs, submittals, approvals, change orders, and project documentationDevelop and maintain production schedules, installation schedules, and project timelinesCoordinate with engineering and drafting teams using Cabinet Vision for shop drawings and manufacturing detailsUtilize INNERGY ERP software for project tracking, purchasing, scheduling, job costing, and reportingWork closely with production and installation teams to ensure fabrication and field execution align with project deadlinesAttend project meetings and maintain communication with clients, general contractors, and architectsCoordinate material procurement, deliveries, logistics, and site activitiesTrack budgets, labor, project costs, billing, and profitabilityAssist in resolving field issues, punch lists, and project closeout itemsConduct occasional site visits and support installation teams as neededRequired Qualifications:3–7+ years of project management experience in commercial millwork, cabinetry, casework, woodworking, or commercial constructionProven ability to manage $6M–$10M in annual project volumeStrong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documents, and fabrication processesExperience managing commercial construction projects and coordinating multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and OutlookValid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
