Class A Dedicated Local Driver

Beast Mode Truckin seeks experienced Class A drivers and recent graduates for a dedicated local account operating 53' refrigerated trailers. This role offers predictable daily home time, competitive pay, and modern equipment on a primarily no-touch grocery account. Compensation & benefitsAverage weekly pay: $1500 - $1700Pay per mile: $0.69–$0.81 (dependent on experience)Trainee pay: $680 per week for drivers with under 6 months’ experienceStop pay: $10 for first stop, $15 for each additional stopShort-haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 milesFull benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off Job detailsEquipment: 53' refrigerated trailers; modern, automatic tractorsFreight: Predominantly no-touch freight (drop-and-hook) with occasional live store load/unloadsAccount: Solid dedicated grocery accountMileage: Average ~1,800 miles per weekHome time: Daily home time; slip-seat trucksTraining: 4–6 week mentor/OTR training ride for drivers with less than 6 months’ experience Schedule7-day operation; weekends not guaranteed offTypical workweek: 5–6 daysDrivers must be willing to work day or night shifts Minimum qualificationsAge 21 or older with a valid Class A CDLGraduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past 5 years; no DUI convictions within the past 5 yearsNot terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasonsGenerally stable 10-year work history; acceptable exceptions for schooling or training.
