The job is a hunting position, focused on recruiting new partners, with a focus on new logo generation.In this role you will be expected to learn current and developing products, become a trusted advisor for partners you recruit, blending sales, consulting, and customer success, working with businesses to modernize their communications infrastructure. This job requires up to 25%-50% travel for customer sites, partner visits, tradeshows, etc.Role: UCaaS Channel Account Manager (Mid-Level)Location: RemotePosition: Fulltime + Benefits (Medical, Dental, LTD, STD, Vision)Compensation: Base + commissionsKey ResponsibilitiesPartner Recruitment & Relationship ManagementRecruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partnersServe as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support Sales EnablementTrain partners on UCaaS & AI enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposals Pipeline DevelopmentWork with partners to identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities Help drive partner-generated pipeline and revenue growth Deal SupportCollaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, operations) Support quoting, pricing, and contract processes Performance TrackingMonitor partner performance and pipeline activity Maintain accurate records in Hubspot Market Awareness Stay informed on UCaaS trends, competitors, and industry developments Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) 2-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing rolesStrong existing relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System IntegratorsStrong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS/ or cloud technologyAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsExperience with HubspotExposure to telecom, VoIP, AI, or UCaaS productsPrevious internship or role in sales, partnerships, or customer success Key SkillsRelationship building Sales and negotiation fundamentals Presentation and training skills Problem-solving/Solution SellingTime management About Company:Vitel Global is a highly innovative AI based UCaaS provider, that is heavy in R&D with over 200 developers globally.
