Occupational Therapist | Permanent RoleLocation: Bloomfield, NM 87413Pay: $44.90 - $49.34 per hourSchedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMGuaranteed Hours: 35 hours per weekResponsibilities:Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement therapy programs to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and functional independence.Use therapeutic techniques such as exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology.Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs.Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and therapy standards.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (Required).License: Active OT license (Required).Experience: 1+ year of occupational therapy experience.Certifications: NBCOT Certification, BLS Certification (Required).Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient care skills.Travel & Local Considerations:Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist ready for an exciting assignment, apply today and make a difference!
