Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Discipline: Social Work Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5x8s) Contract: 26 weeks, potential extension Start Date: Apr 27, 2026 (every other Monday start) Setting: State Prison – adult correctional facility Requirements: Active CA LMFT license BLS (AHA) Minimum 12 months LMFT experience Corrections experience preferred, not required Orientation is 2 weeks on day shift (first week classroom, second week on the floor). Travel and local candidates are both accepted.
