We believe in cultural exchange, inclusive learning, and teaching that actually moves the needle.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an Online ESL Instructor. You'll lead live small-group sessions of 4–6 students grouped by proficiency level, primarily serving learners in Vietnam and South Korea. Responsibilities include delivering structured lessons, tracking student progress, providing feedback, and communicating with parents through our platform. Scheduling is flexible and built around student demand across time zones.QualificationsExperience teaching ESL, EFL, or a related subjectComfortable leading live online sessions via Zoom or similar toolsStrong communication skills and ability to adapt to different proficiency levelsUnderstanding of language acquisition for non-native speakers is a plusTEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus, not a requirementBachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or related field preferredPassion for working with diverse, international student populationsReliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environmentCompensation: $18–25 per session depending on experienceTo Apply: Send your resume and a short intro to ceo@crowvision.org or message me on LinkedIn
