Job DescriptionA full-service defense firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant to support a team of 5-6 attorneys, primarily in IP Litigation with some general civil litigation. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys being a trusted partner to attorneys and working on sophisticated litigation matters.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in IP and general civil litigation mattersPrepare, format, file, and serve state and federal court filingsMonitor deadlines and assist with pleadings, discovery, and trial supportOrganize and manage documents in a document management systemProvide administrative and litigation support as neededQualifications3-5+ years of civil litigation experience (candidates with more experience also encouraged to apply)State and federal e-filing experience is requiredIP or commercial litigation experience is a plus, not requiredConfident, proactive communicator with a strong professional presenceStable work history preferredExperience with iManage, Intapp, or Chrome River a plusAdditional Information:Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 DOEFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional firm-sponsored programs7-hour work days and hybrid scheduleIf you are looking to work on complex, high-level litigation as part of a collaborative team that values strong litigation support professionals, this is the place for you!
