The organization operates a complex manufacturing site with significant capital project activity and a strong focus on compliant system delivery. This opportunity supports high-impact work across utilities, process equipment, and facility systems in a regulated environment.Role OverviewSeeking a Project Engineer with field execution experience and hands-on validation/CQV exposure to support a large pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This position focuses on capital project execution, validation lifecycle support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure systems are designed, installed, and qualified in alignment with cGMP and FDA expectations.What You'll DoSupport execution of capital projects across utilities, process equipment, and facility systems; coordinate with engineering, construction, and QA/validation while tracking schedules, deliverables, and documentation.Support commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities, including authoring and/or executing IQ/OQ protocols, performing system walkdowns, installation verification, and functional testing.Drive GMP compliance through documentation and coordination: develop/review URS, protocols, and reports; support FAT/SAT and system turnover; interface with automation, facilities, manufacturing; assist with deviations, change control, and investigations.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, or related).3–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/GMP environments with hands-on validation/CQV experience (IQ/OQ execution) and project engineering exposure.Comfortable working cross-functionally and in the field across process equipment, clean utilities (WFI, clean steam, HVAC, gases), facility systems, and automation interfaces (e.g., DeltaV, SCADA).
