Responsibilities Collect high-quality blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic collection techniques. Prepare and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing. Verify patient identity and demographic information before collection. Ensure specimen labeling accuracy by obtaining patient verification and signatures after collection. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements. Follow all safety, infection control, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Strong specimen collection and processing skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Phlebotomy certification required Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant or Paramedic training. 2+ years of Patient Service Center experience. Previous customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment. Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
