This position involves managing outpatient and inpatient oncology services, participating in patient assessments, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Experience in oncology, hematology, or related fields. Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly EPIC. Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with blood bank procedures and bone marrow transplants. Certification in Oncology or Hematology. Prior experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. Preferred Education and Experience: Master s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. 2+ years of clinical experience in oncology or hematology. Other Requirements: Credentialing estimated to take approximately 60 days. Willingness to travel for license and credentialing purposes, with costs reimbursed. Ability to work rotating call shifts, including weekends and overnight coverage.
