The Physical Therapist will evaluate, document and develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on injury prevention and wellness. The role will also involve collaboration with other physical therapists and aides ensuring high-quality patient care and continuity of care.Base Salary will be based on prior experience with extra bonus based on practice performanceHealth Insurance Benefits provided after 3 months of employment18 PTO Days with unused days paid out at end of the year $500 Annual Continuing Education40 Hour Work WeekQualificationsDoctorate in Physical TherapyValid Physical Therapy License in the State of New YorkEntry Level Graduates are welcome, as well as candidates with prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient settingStrong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient CareExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
