The Senior Analyst, Omni Commerce (Digital Coupons) partners with omni‑commerce leads, agencies, and vendors to ensure digital coupons are executed accurately, optimized in‑flight, and measured for incremental impact. The role drives data‑backed recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI of digital coupon investments.KEY RELATIONSHIPSReports to Director, Omni Marketing; No direct reportsPeer relationships include omni-commerce leads, sales, brand, marketing analyticsKey internal contacts listed above; External contacts are agency partners, retailers, and various coupon vendorsThis is a Hybrid role based in our Battle Creek, Michigan Corporate Headquarters.Here's What You'll Be DoingDigital Coupon Operations and Creation:Work with cross-functional partners to establish annual and quarterly digital coupon plans across brands and vendorsEngage digital coupon vendors to solicit and review program estimatesPartner with the coupon agency to finalize program estimates, OCR creation, PO management, and proof verificationFacilitate entry of digital coupon assets into vendor portals, with a primary focus on IbottaDigital Coupon Real-Time Performance ManagementMaintain weekly tracking of digital coupon performance and pacing across platforms, pulling data from vendor portals and monitoring redemptionsConduct ongoing QA of redemptions and estimate‑versus‑actual reconciliationWhen coupons are not pacing as planned, partner with the coupon agency or vendor to recommend and implement adjustmentsIntegrate Retailer Strategy Into Digital Coupon ExecutionsAct as a thought partner to omni‑commerce and sales leads by aligning national plans to retailer‑specific coupon calendarsPartner with omni-commerce leads on understanding total promotional pressure and integrate coupons into retailer plansComplete promotional analysis using analytics tools to inform digital coupon strategy based on competitive intelligence and pricing and promotional trendsDigital Coupon Reporting & AnalysisPartner with agency teams on monthly reporting, translating performance insights (cost, redemptions, units, estimate versus final) into optimization recommendationsCreate post‑campaign summaries, including key metrics and recommendationsSupport test‑and‑learn pilots across vendors and/or retailersPartner with the marketing analytics team on measurement and ROI evaluation, including assessment of incremental impact versus base salesProvide recommendations for future coupon depth, timing, and retailer prioritizationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field2–4 years of relevant professional background, including 2+ years supporting promotions, digital coupons, or commerce analyticsHands‑on use of digital coupon vendor portals (e.g., Ibotta, Inmar, Neptune, NCH)Exposure to CPG or retail environments, with involvement in retailer‑specific promotional executionProven ability to evaluate promotional performance, including ROI, incrementality, and test‑and‑learn initiativesDemonstrated success partnering with external agencies or vendors to execute and manage digital programsProficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or BI platforms) to analyze performance and inform decisionsHighly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommended actionsAbility to synthesize and interpret data from multiple disparate sources into concise, action‑oriented recommendationsSalary Range: $81,200 - $101,500Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.
