AI Project Manager

This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of AI-driven initiatives, including internal applications, automation solutions, and agent-based tools. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project delivery along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment. This individual will work across technical and business teams to ensure projects are properly scoped, prioritized, and delivered successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of multiple AI-related projects and initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and business stakeholdersFacilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress across initiativesIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely deliveryMaintain documentation including requirements, plans, and status reportingCommunicate project status and key updates to stakeholders and leadershipSupport prioritization and alignment across competing initiatives Required Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in IT project or program managementExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven applicationsExperience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting AI, data, or analytics initiativesFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern application architecturesExperience working with cross-functional and/or vendor-supported teamsRelevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
