For over 50 years, we have provided precision solutions to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Sales Engineer to manage the full sales lifecycle and support our growing customer base in the off-highway sector. In this remote role, you will combine strong technical aptitude with commercial instincts to deliver innovative solutions, build long-term partnerships, and drive our business forward.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue target customers, markets, and new business opportunities within your assigned region.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and RFQs to proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts.Provide expert technical guidance on the application and utilization of our electromagnetic actuators, valves, and pumps.Partner with Product Management and Business Unit leadership to communicate market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and long-term agreements aligned with both customer and company objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.•A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or account management within a technical or industrial environment, such as off-highway, equipment, or manufacturing.Proficiency in MS Office applications.A willingness to travel 40-50% within the United States, with potential travel to Germany for training.Experience working with OEMs and distributor networks, along with fluid industry knowledge, is highly preferred.Join a stable, family-run company with a strong global presence where your work makes a tangible impact.
