They will ensure that products run within quality standards and meet all production goals. The Process Engineer provides technical leadership, interacts with other departments to resolve problems that interfere with productivity, and has a good understanding of manufacturing operations and processes.QualificationsAssociates in Engineering or Engineering Technology with focus in Plastics or Materials Engineering; Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred AND 5+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding, OR 10+ years of direct applicable experience in injection molding if no formal education completedA working knowledge and experience with injection molding and ancillary equipmentA working knowledge of a wide range of thermoplastic materials and their propertiesExcellent problem-solving skills with attention to detailRJG Master Molder I/II or AIM certification is preferred but not required
