Digital Marketing Manager

Bulletproof Pond & Lake LLC designs and builds high end ponds and lakes. These are complex, high ticket projects for landowners who care about quality, longevity, and results. We are growing and need marketing to become predictable and profitable. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and overall digital marketing performance. This role owns both paid traffic and content driven demand. Video is a core part of our strategy. What You Will Be Responsible For: You will own digital marketing performance end to end. You will manage and optimize paid advertising across Google, Meta, YouTube, and retargeting platforms. You will improve lead quality and reduce cost per booked estimate. You will own the entire funnel from click to lead to booked call and handoff. You will set content direction and messaging strategy across platforms. You will manage and direct two videographers, one focused on short form content and one focused on long form content. You will ensure video content supports lead generation, trust building, and conversion rather than vanity metrics. You will decide what content gets produced, why it gets produced, and how it is used in the funnel. You will work directly with leadership to align marketing with sales capacity and revenue goals. You will track performance and make decisions based on real numbers, not opinions. You will improve website and landing page conversion rates. You will test offers, messaging, creative, and content formats and scale what works. You will build systems so marketing does not rely on guesswork or constant supervision. This is not a coordinator role. You will be expected to lead, prioritize, and make decisions. What We Are Looking For: At least three years of hands on digital marketing experience. Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns. Experience using video as a demand and conversion tool, not just brand content. Comfort managing creatives or contractors and giving clear direction. Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and ROI. Comfort working with CRMs, analytics tools, and landing page builders. Ability to think strategically and execute without constant direction. Comfort being accountable for results. Nice to have but not required. Experience in construction, home services, or other high ticket local businesses. Strong copy instincts focused on conversion rather than fluff. Experience turning long form content into short form assets with purpose. What Success Looks Like: In the first few months you understand our customers, projects, and buying triggers well enough to guide content and ad strategy. You know exactly where leads are coming from and which ones convert. You have already improved at least one key part of the funnel or content system. Longer term marketing becomes predictable and scalable. Video content clearly supports sales, trust, and lead quality. We can confidently increase spend because the numbers make sense. You are viewed internally as a driver of growth, not an expense. How We Work: Direct communication. No corporate nonsense. Data beats opinions. Fast testing and fast decisions. Fix what is broken and double down on what works. You will have autonomy and you will be expected to use it well. Compensation: Base salary in the range of $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience. Performance based incentives tied to results. Long term growth opportunity as the company scales.
