A company is looking for an Instructor Operations Manager to support and lead faculty within its Instructor-Led Training department. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries and class-related needs Lead faculty onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure quality standards Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for class delivery and faculty readiness Required Qualifications Current and valid relevant certification Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education 3+ years of related professional experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience leading or mentoring instructors preferred
