We are known for delivering high performance, innovative architectural lighting fixtures with exceptional visual comfort, modern aesthetics, and industry leading customer support.As we continue our sales growth and launch multiple new product families, we are seeking a driven and experienced Western US Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence throughout the Western United States. Position SummaryThe Western US Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing independent manufacturers' representative agencies, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Extant Lighting’s specification presence throughout the Western region.This individual will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to execute sales strategies, support rep agencies, increase specification activity, and continue positioning Extant Lighting as a premier architectural lighting manufacturer.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outside sales, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where motivation and proactive management are essential. As a vital part of our team, you will champion innovative sales strategies, foster customer relationships, and help drive outstanding results throughout the region.
