Movement's partner relationships, executing marketing campaigns, supporting events, and helping us continuously improve how we serve our partners.You'll work directly with destination marketing organizations, tourism boards, travel suppliers, and industry partners while helping coordinate and execute campaigns that include email marketing, webinars, virtual events, in-person events, roadshows, sales missions, familiarization trips, and other trade engagement initiatives.You'll be expected to think strategically, communicate confidently, solve problems independently, and bring new ideas to the table.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, while also working collaboratively with an energetic and optimistic team building something different in the travel industry.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Partner Relationship ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for destination and supplier partnersBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholdersLead partner meetings with senior leadership and provide proactive communication throughout campaignsPresent campaign updates, recommendations, and results to partner senior leadership teamsCampaign Management and ExecutionManage multiple partnership marketing campaigns simultaneouslyCoordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal workflowsAssist in developing marketing strategies that help partners achieve their goalsCreate designs and support for email marketing campaigns, webinars, virtual trainings, and digital initiativesCollaborate with team members to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standardEvent Planning and ExecutionAssist with the planning and execution of conferences, roadshows, trade events, sales missions, FAM trips, and partner experiencesTravel to support key events throughout the yearManage logistics and partner communication before, during, and after eventsRepresent Movement professionally at industry functions and networking opportunities\Strategic Growth and InnovationIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes and campaign effectivenessBring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to the teamResearch industry trends and best practicesHelp identify opportunities to expand partnerships and grow revenueContribute to strategic operator, travel supplier, or similar organizationExperience managing client relationships and marketing campaignsExperience planning and executing eventsExperience with presentation development and public speakingProficient in design and working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteAdditional SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsComfortable learning new technologies and systemsLOCATION & TRAVELRemote positionNew England candidates
