Voice & UC Migration Analyst (Teams Migration) 6 month project engagement Bloomington, MNCDW is hiring a Voice & Unified Communications (UC) Migration Analyst to support an enterprise Microsoft Teams voice migration initiative. This role is highly analytical and data‑driven, with a strong emphasis on Excel expertise, including pivot tables, to support migration readiness and deployment.The analyst will work closely with engineering and deployment teams to review existing voice environments, validate data, identify risks, and support successful cutover activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview site‑level voice environments, including users, devices, phone numbers, and configured voice featuresAnalyze user populations included in migrations and identify exceptions or special requirementsIdentify legacy or specialized voice components that could impact migration activitiesReview work‑from‑home user configurations to confirm migration readinessCollect, validate, and maintain voice data using standard tools and reportsCreate, manage, and analyze data in Excel, including extensive use of pivot tablesDocument findings and clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and requirements to engineering and project teamsParticipate in migration‑related meetings and provide analytical support through deployment and cutoverRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience supporting enterprise voice and UC migration projects, ideally involving Microsoft TeamsVery strong Excel skills, including creating and working with pivot tablesExperience analyzing large data sets related to users, devices, and configurationsStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to work cross‑functionally with engineering, deployment, and project teamsAdd/remove keywords to better target Teams Voice / Direct Routing / UC Analysts in LinkedIn search
