Sleep Center Administrative Lead

Position Summary To assist the Sleep Center Director in the proper operation of the sleep clinic and provide administrative direction and training to administrative support staff in processing referrals, obtaining authorizations, scheduling sleep services and support for the sleep clinicians.Essential DutiesLeads the work of co-workers providing effective communication, direction, guidance and resources as appropriate.Provides ongoing training of current staff, as well as, training and evaluation of new hires.Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. .Monitors quality and timeliness of completion for referral processing and obtaining appropriate authorization for sleep services.Monitors the accuracy of scheduling of sleep services, taking any necessary steps for improvement or instruction.Processes the dictated sleep study interpretations for final review and signature.
