Construction Manager II – Capital Projects (Chemical Manufacturing)Elwood, IL | On-siteStepan is looking for a hands-on Construction Manager to lead $1M–$3M capital projects at our Elwood chemical manufacturing site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning multiple projects, balancing planning with field execution, and working inside an operating PSM-regulated plant.You'll have real autonomy - planning the work, coordinating contractors, sequencing activities, and executing projects safely within production-driven windows.
