Pride in our work, Respect for our customers, and Trust in each other to provide the highest level of service possible – every time.Job Summary: The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.ResponsibilitiesCreate crates based on company standards and customer requirementsPrepare and package various commercial and consumer products for storageDetermines appropriate storage and location of property and equipment considering weight limits and required spaceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experiencePrior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not requiredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyEffective communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsRegularly lift 40+ poundsThe ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a timeAble to crouch, twist, and reach overheadMesa Moving and Storage is an equal opportunity employer
